In Ephesians 5, as the Bible tells us to submit to one another out of reverence for Christ, husbands are told to love their wives, "just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her." Pastor Phil encourages us that in order to have a great marriage, it doesn't start with God changing your spouse, it starts with God changing you.
