Continuing to stand in the GAP between churches in North America and ministry partners around the world seeking to network for the Kingdom. We desire to link Christians together in order to help advance the cause of Christ cross-culturally in a way that makes efficient use of resources and personnel.

Who is on your team? We are serving with GAP (Global Access Partnerships), the national partnering arm under the umbrella of the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE). GAP primarily focuses on establishing strategic links with churches in North America to ministry partners in nearly twenty-five countries. GAP has North American-based missionaries who oversee sections of the globe and GAP has many national partners in countries like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Myanmar, Laos, Indonesia, Central and Eastern Europe, Brazil, and Central America.

Where have you seen God working in your ministry? We have seen God mightily at work in a number of countries that are dealing with human trafficking. Along with national partners, GAP has facilitated the opening of a girls after-care home in Kolkata. These girls were rescued from the brothels and are under the age of seventeen. Also, we’ve opened a boys’ home for the sons of trafficked women. If the cycle isn’t broken, the boys will end up as traffickers and abusers. In north Thailand, GAP is working with partners who have opened hostels for at-risk children to get education and taught the Bible. These hostels seek to protect children from being sold or lured into human bondage.
